Many people say different opinions but need to listen the Child specialist advice, grandma’s advice always go haywire. So parents should have a proper advice from their doctors or nutrition’s advice to take care of their baby’s.
Is honey good for health? Yes of course honey is very good for health and it cures many diseases also, but Honey for the infants who didn’t complete their one year it’s a dangerous and poisonous one. Why honey is not good for the infants? Why we shouldn’t give honey for the babies?

honey for infants

Many doctors and nutrition suggest that honey shouldn’t not be given to the baby until they are one year old. Because it contains clostridium botulism spores and it affect the babies and cause severe illness to the infants. Honey is not supposed to give to the children it cause the infant botulism. Infant Botulism affects the baby’s nervous system and it may cause to death and it cause double vision, droopy eyelids and they have a difficulty in breathing and swallowing the food. Botulism spores also be found in low-acid-canned food and corn syrup so try to avoid these products to baby’s till they complete their 2yrs.

Symptoms of Infant Botulism:
Ø Persistent Constipation

Symptoms develop within in 18 hrs to 36 hours sometimes it may takes a month, it may cause to death if we didn’t take a proper treatment. It would be better if you avoid this sweet honey to your sweetheart till the age of 1.

Employee TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Training is the process of learning, attaining knowledge and improving the skill of an employee to enhance his performance at work. Training plays a pivotal role in improving the performance of an employee (productivity). Training inculcates teams spirit and good image about the organization to the employee. Training also focuses on imbibing the organizational culture, policies etc to the employees hence making them to work towards the profit. While organizing a training program the objectives of the training should be set clearly. The trainer should be a well read person in the area where his is going to train the employees. The trainer should set a plan as to how he wants the training session to happen and what kind of improvement he would be able to generate in an employee after the training.  Traditionally training was considered as a waste of time since no positive result was produced out of it. But now, training is plays an important role in enhancing the performance of an employee. There are two types of training – technical training and general training. In technical training the employee is trained on the various technologies according to their field of work. In general training includes, six sigma training, 7 habits, motivation, team building, work management, etc. Training could be in two forms – class room training and online training. In class room trainings an instructor trains the employee on the specified subject for the required number of numbers. In online training, the employee visits the training manual and takes up the trainings. The advantage of online training is that the employee can do it at his own pace and at his own style.  At the end of the training the trainer gives an assessment sheet to the employees to rate themselves on the subject they have learnt. A good assessment implies a successful training session.

DakshinaChitra

Artisians and folk performing artists have an important role play in DakshinaChitra, craft promotion and craft development is the major goal of DhakshanChitra.  Four Different mediums like painting, print making, ceramic and stone carving by four organization.

Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh consists of three district region Rayalseema, Telangana and Coastal Andhra. The Rayalseema area is part of the Deccan plateau and for the most part consists of dry and stony land. Cuddapah, a black slate used for flooring, shelving and even roofing, derives its name from the town of Cuddapah from where it is mined. Stone and mud are the main building materials in this area. Thatch is the most prevalent roofing material.
DakshinaChitra
The Nizam’s region or Telangana comprises of Adilabad, Nalgonda, Warangal, Medak, Mahboobnagar, Nizamabad, Karimnagar and Bidar. The Muslim rule of the kingdoms here had a major influence on the architectural forms. The most elegant Muslim homes and cenotaphs are characterized by beautiful, intricate, stone-cut screens, delicate fluted arches and fine stucco work.

Agricultural communities built with the materials at hand in simple forms, which are convenient to their lifestyles, for the protection of their livestock, for storage and for security. The skills of the builders and crafts people are evidenced in the meticulous workmanship of stone buildings.

Coastal Andhra consists of Nellore, Guntur, Krishna, East and West Godavari, Khammam, Visakhapatnam and Srikakulam districts. Many architectural forms in these areas exemplify the cross migration of the people from coastal Andhra and Tamil Nadu.

Kerala Section

Kerala is blessed with abundant water, verdant forests and rich lands. Unlike the Tamilian, the Keralite prefers to live isolated from neighbours in the middle of a plot of land, with privacy and beautiful tropical vegetation. In Kerala houses, technique, form and materials are basically the same for all classes and economic levels. Only size or the addition of more buildings to a compound separate the rich from the poor.
DakshinaChitra
Within Kerala, there is a clear division of style of architecture between Malabar in northern Kerala and Travancore in southern Kerala. Just north of Cochin, extending all the way up north, are large deposits of laterite. These are used throughout the Malabar region for the walls and foundations of both houses and temples. This enabled the Keralite to build double storeyed homes with the sloped roof in North Kerala. In southern Kerala, wood was the primary building material and homes remained primarily single-storeyed until the end of the 19th century.

Karnataka Section

The architecture of Karnataka is as varied as its geography, with its verdant coastal areas to the west; the richly wooded hills of Chikmagalore and Shimoga; the bamboo forests and plantations of Coorg; the fertile farm land of the south, the semi-arid zones of the east and central districts and the vast stony, dry areas of the north. The name of one of the main districts, Gulbarga, is said to have come from kalbargi, which means ‘stony land’ or a ‘heap of stones’. Where the Deccan plateau joins the Nilgiris in the southwestern region of the state, timber is in abundance.
DakshinaChitra

Tamil Nadu Section

Tamil Nadu has a long sandy seacoast and a vast expanse of semi-arid plains, once covered with scrub forests, grass and groves of bamboo. Water was scarce and wells per village were few in number. Families clustered together, to be close to each other and to the sources of water. Wood was never in abundance, but was used for columns and beams. Rafters and reapers were usually of bamboo. The pride of each house was the front door and this was carved and decorated to be as welcoming and auspicious as could be. Trees were felled from nearby, preferably from the house owner’s own compound. The village set rules where trees could and could not be felled.
DakshinaChitra
The carpenters made the bullock carts and the ploughs and all that was necessary for agriculture and house building in the village. They were helped by the blacksmiths who made the hinges and the nails, the locks for the doors and the special fixtures for the carts. The potters made the terracotta roofing tiles. Floors were most often made of rammed mud, finished with a red oxide coating or cow dung slurry. Walls were made of sun-dried or baked brick or mud which were also regularly treated with a cow dung slurry, which kept the bugs away with its antiseptic properties.

Pimple tips

How to control pimples? Tips to avoid pimples.
Acne is a common problem faced by most of the teenager and youth. ACNE is actually caused because of lack of hormone imbalance. Our skin will break out because of a hormone called testosterone. Both men and women will have testosterone in their system.
Cleaning the skin is an essential part of curing the pimples. Pimple may cause because of too much of stress, having oily item and imbalanced diet or sweats heavily. There are lot of home made remedies to get rid of pimples should wash our hands and faces after heavy work, and steam the face once in a week which may kills the dead cells in our skin, vinegar can help to clear up the skin. Should have proper control in our food and to avoid chocolates, French fries, donuts, cookies, fatty and oily items in our daily food. Its very good to add fresh juice in our daily food habit and go for veggies. Beetroot juice will make your skin so blemish and give glow to your skin and carrot juice gives complexion to our skin.

If you're going to pop your pimples, learn how to pop up the pimple correctly. The reason you're not supposed to pop pimples is that anytime you can break your skin, you risk creating a scar or infection through the break in the skin. If a pimple appears in a particularly bothersome place.

avoid pimples

Wash your hands thoroughly, especially underneath the nails. You'll want to avoid letting your fingers and nails actually touch the pimple, but just in case they do, having them clean will reduce the likelihood of irritation and infection.

Should clean the skin surrounding the pimple with an antibacterial cleanser. When you pop the pimple, you'll be opening the skin, creating a way for bacteria to enter. The pimple will heal faster if you don't give bacteria a chance to settle in and create an infection. In the process, you'll also be removing any oil, sweat, dirt, and makeup.

Find the center of the pimple (the highest point) and plant the pads of your fingertips evenly on each side. Instead of pushing your fingers together, like most people do, you want to pull the skin apart, it should pull apart easily, allowing the pus to come out. Now massage the skin around the pimple to encourage the remaining pus to come out, but don't touch the pimple itself, except to blot away the pus. There should be no bleeding whatsoever. If there is, you've squeezed too much, and created a wound that may scar.

Wipe the area with an antiseptic solution. Again, the important thing is to make sure bacteria doesn't invade the opening in the skin.

Apply a benzoyl peroxide acne treatment right on the pimple (not around it). This will help oust any bacteria that was inside the pimple.

Kona Falls also known as “ Konai Falls”. Its between Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu state and its 60 KM from Tiruninravur, Chennai. The roads were so tricky and irregular patches of road. This is a vacation place it takes two and half hours riding from Chennai. It’s a very famous and good water falls located in Narayanavaram Madal, Chitoor District. It’s a very good place for hangout for the boys who can enjoy their weekend in the peaceful place can enjoy the trekking and having a shower in the falls.
Entrance of Kone Falls.

The above picture is the Entrance of the Kone falls from here need to travel 2Km to reach our destination place, to be very cautious has the roads were so tricky and sharp bends. At the end of the road you can see a “Lord Shiva” Temple and next to the temple you can find a falls where that falls shouldn’t have that much huge.
The most adventures people can enjoy the trekking while going for the trekking should be very cautious coz the place were so slippery and lots of bottles which may hurt you. You can see lot of monkey while going. At the top of the hillock you can see the waterfall and a small pool, the water is so clear and cool where it comes from so many herbs in the hillock.

Route Description

The best way to go to Kone falls is bike riding where you can enjoy the riding and you can reach home early and can make this trip as a picnic. Start from Koyambedu, catch the straight road, go on till the Red Hills flyover but don't go on up the flyower, go straight to reach Periyapalayam. Then continue down the village road which is narrow but good. Reach Uthukotai, then Nagari and then Kone. What a piece of road the last 30 Kms is, it's really like flying. You can have cool breeze of the tree in your driving and there are plenty of fuel stations. The very important one is the road very irregular and should be careful while driving. Drinking and drive may give you a bad result.

REGENERATION

REGENERATION

Regeneration is a Biological process in some living organisms including both plants and animals. Regeneration is an ability to recreate or replace the  lost  or damaged or amputated parts like limbs, organs  or tissues  thereby restoring the  original function of the particular lost / damaged part.

Regenerative capacity is inversely related to the complexity of the body structure i.e., more complex the structure of an animal less the  capacity of regeneration

Ex. Mammals cannot regeneration generate.  While organisms like sponges, planarians have an enhanced capacity to regeneration generate;.

The ability of regeneration varies  greatly among living things.  Plants can regenerate  all parts of its from precursor cells, as Trees  which is cut off to the ground level , in due course, sprouts starts appearing at the margins of the stump. Then grow on to develop new stems, leaves and flowers.

Coming to the Regeneration in animals, Invertebrates like Sponges, Hydra, Planarian are capable of regenerating   entire body from  just a conglomeration of their cells.  Starfish can regenerate the entire organism from just one arm and the central disk.

In  Vertebrates   ability of regeneration is found in Amphibians and Reptiles.  Amphibians  can regeneration a missing tail, legs and even eyes,  This remarkable ability is particularly pronounced in the larval stage.

Regeneration process is extended to human beings also to some level.  In 1970, studies showed that children up to the age of 10 who lose fingertips in accidents can regenerate the tip of the finger within a month provided their wounds are not sealed up with flaps of skin. There are some references claiming that human ribs could regenerate if the Peritoneum the membrane surrounding the ribs were left intact.  The  Human liver is one the few glands  in the body that has the ability to regenerate  as little as 25% of its tissue. Regenerative Capacity of the Kidney remains largely unexplored.  The regenerative capacity of the mammalian Kidney is limited compare to that of lower vertebrates. Like other organs, the Kidney is also known to regenerate completely in lower vertebrates such as fish. Some of the known fish that show remarkable capacity of kidney regeneration are goldfish, skates, rays and sharks.

Review about Raavanan Movie

Raavanan – The movie is directed by ace director Manirathnam and features Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachan, Prithviraj, Priyamani, Prabhu, Karthik and Munna.  The tunes are composed by AR Rahman and Santhosh Sivan does the camera work.  Ravanan is based on Ramayana story. Prithviraj (Dev - a cop) falls in love with Aishwarya Rai Bachan (Raghini - a dancer),   the two get married and visit a village near Thirunelveli. Vikram (Veera) is like a Robin Hood kind of a guy, who does well to the village people.  The village people have mixed opinions about Vikram (Veera).
Ravanan Movie Story
Vikram (Veera) believes that Prithviraj (Dev) is responsible for his sister’s death. Priyamani (Vennila) does the sister’s character and has done justice to her role. Vikram (Veera) wants to take a revenge on Prithviraj (Dev), so he takes Aishwarya Rai Bachan (Raghini) as a hostage. Vikram eventually falls in love with Aishwarya Rai Bachan (Raghini), but Aishwarya Rai Bachan (Raghini) abhors Vikram (Dev) and waits for her husband to rescue her.

The camera work done by Santhosh Sivan is awesome, he has captured never before seen locations.  The climax fight in the bridge is electrifying and leaves us wondering about the technology they have used.

Prabhu (Singam) as has done a decent part as Vikram’s (Veera) elder brother. Karthik has made us laugh with his role as a forest guard. The songs are the highlights of the movie. Aishwarya Rai Bachan (Raghini) has looks stunning and carries out the powerful role with ease. Prithviraj (Dev) looks smart and scores well in the romantic scenes.

Vikram (Veera) makes us go speechless with his tremendous acting and has come out with an award winning performance. Manirathnam has crafted an apt role for Vikram (Veera).  The Suhashini Manirathnam has penned the dialogues for the movie.

Ravanan – A pleasant and an enchanting journey.

Life is Dreams and Challenges

Every body have own dreams in their lives.   Some dreams come through, but some go in vein due to situation and circumstances.  The question is that whether we should get dishearten in this situation or look for the alternative /better opportunities.   There are two examples who looked for the alternate options and succeeded in their lives.

  1.         There was an  young artist in America during 1960s,  Though he entered Film Industry as a small artist acting in few films, he was looking for  a best opportunity with lot of expectations as he had gained name and fame to some extent by that time   Likewise in 1964 a famous director in America was planning  to direct a movie  “The Best Man”  and looking for the best actor who carries a  Prestigious and high Majestic look , as the Hero of the movie was playing a role of  President. Then the director called  for test, interested  guys came the interview and none was selected.  This young artist was also tested and rejected as the young artist was not carrying “ Prestigious look”.  But this young artist did not get dishearten and took it as a challenge  saying that  “ What if don’t act as a  President in a movie, I have every chance to become a  President of America in my real life one day in my future”

This  self confidence really  worked out . In  1981  he become  President of America and he is none other than  Mr. Ronald Regan.

  2.     This is the incident happened in a remote undeveloped village in Tamilnadu.   A boy studying in a primary school was fond of Aeroplanes.  He had a dream of becoming a Pilot from his childhood.  He finished  his schooling and happened to join the college, according to his dream he wanted to take up Pilot course.  But unfortunately he missed it just because of his height as he was bit short,  though  he was eligible in all other respects. But again he was not at all disappointed   and took a challenge that “ What if I didn’t get chance to drive a plane, I will become a Engineer to design a Aeroplane “ and  decided to become a Aeronautic Engineer and  joined a Engineering college in Madras.   Accordingly he obtained  Degree of   Aeronautical Engineer and secured  a job at Indian Space Research Organisation.  There by developing  phase by phase in the organisation  he became the President of  Indian Space Research Organisation., who became a Pride of  India  in the field of Space Research .  And this person is none other than our great  A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM, who was also the President of India and was also a Chief of India Air Force

All have their own dreams,  but  unfortunately most of them will not happen or come true.  In this situation don’t get disappointed or dishearten.  Instead think that if one door of the opportunity is closed,  many more doors get opened.  You should carefully notice, find it and make your dreams true.

Develop challenges in your life along with dreams

Almost all states in india are rich in natural beauty, places of religious or historical importance, culture and art. However, the state attracts in india is Jammu and Kashmir. It is full of natural beauty and has many places of religious importance. King Jehangir was so moved by Kashmir said “if there is heaven anywhere upon earth, it is here, it is here, it is here!”
Amarnath cave is a huge cavein the high Himalayas and open only for three months – from may to july. There is an ice ‘shiva-linga’ in the cave. It is created naturallinside the cave. ‘Shrine of Vaishnodevi’ is one of the famous place were there is a trek of about fourteen kilometers through beautiful land. Another important temple is the famous Shankaracharya temple built for lord shiva which offers a grand view of Srinagar form the top.
    Kashmir Lake
Kashmir is a state of lakes.  The Dal Lake is the most famous lake. People live in house boats. The specialty seen in Kashmir is the floating gardens. Big crafts are covered with earth and then things are grown on them. Another famous lake is the Wooler Lake. It is the largest sweet-water lake in Asia. Manasbal Lake is also worth visiting.
The orchards laden with ripe apples, the flowering cherry trees in their bloom or covered with ripe ruby like cherries invite the people to this magical land. The back drops of white snow-covered peaks makes the people to feel that they re in the land of the god.
Kashmir has beautiful gardens like the Shalimar garden and the Nishat garden. Every one can accept the fact that beauty is everywhere in Kashmir. It is in its natural scenery. It is in its godlike men and women. It is famous for its art in the wood work and embroidery made by the magical fingers of the people. One can even die to visit this heavenly place.
